Thank you for your interest in being a part of the 2023 Utah Pride Festival!
This year's Festival dates are as follows:
- Youth Pride: Saturday, June 3, 11 AM to 1 PM - potential liquor vendors will not be serving alcohol during this time window.
- Regular Hours: Saturday, June 3, 1 PM to 12 AM, and Sunday, June 4, 12 – 11 PM.
All profitable proceeds directly support the queer community in our state through the Utah Pride Center's daily programs and services. The UPC is a nonprofit offering mental health services, peer-to-peer support, social and support groups, education and trainings, and suicide prevention resources. Your fee directly supports the Utah Pride Center’s life supporting and life affirming programs offered to LGBTQ+ youth, adults, families, and seniors in our state. Application Process
To apply to be a vendor at the 2023 Pride Festival, please fill out the form below before April 29th. You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your application. Application fees of $40 are non-refundable. Applications received after April 29th may be placed on a wait list and will be subject to a non-refundable late application fee.
Booth fees are due by May 10th. The Vendor Director will contact you regarding your application acceptance, and include payment form instructions.
The price includes 10'x10' booth with 10'x10' tent, one 10' wall, 4 weights for 10'x10', one 8' banquet table, 2 chairs, Salt Lake City Permits, Fire Marshal Permits, rental of the space from Washington Square and 6 festival tickets for Saturday and Sunday. Power will be available at the additional fee of $200.

Scholarship Applications
We encourage all small artisans and business owners to apply for a scholarship and participate in our festival! Scholarships are available for small business owners and artisans to access the festival at the lowest booth price, which totals $750 for the two days including safety, space, rentals, fees, and permits. Scholarship applicants can opt to share a booth and pay $375 to participate in the Festival. There are between 25 and 50 scholarships available depending on sponsors' acquisition.
To apply for a scholarship, please fill out the form below and select "Yes" under the Scholarship Application section. Scholarship applications close on April 29th and will be reviewed and approved by May 5th. The Vendor Director will then contact you regarding your application acceptance, and include payment form instructions. Booth fees are due by May 10th.
Scholarship Benefits:
- opportunity to reduce the price of participation to $750
- opportunity to share a booth and reduce the price of participation to $375
- opportunity to consult with a marketing and promotion specialist leading up to the festival dates
Selection Criteria:
- business annual revenue up to $20,000
- relevance and alignment with the mission and values of the Utah Pride Center
- application content articulating a compelling value proposition to festival attendees
