The Grass Roots Zone is made up of a 20 x 20 canopy in which nonprofit and social groups that may not be able to solely afford a 10 x 10 booth can be involved in the Festival.
Each of the tents canopy(s) house six 6-foot banquet tables where participating groups may set up a banner and brochures. Tables will be placed facing outward along the tent's perimeter giving maximum exposure to passersby.
Tables in the Grass Roots Zone will be sold for $100 each on a first-come, first-served basis to qualifying groups/organizations along the following guidelines:
- Social Group or Nonprofit organization
- Annual revenues/budget less than $10,000
